DESCRIPTION: The project is a located at Al Sheikh Rashed highway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Consisting of facilities where people can rest, eat, shop and sleep along the busy road between the two major cities. This project also includes a restaurant, gift shop, supermarket, fitness club, car and truck service center. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the Two Pearl Estidama sustainable design; commissioning consultancy; design review and verification; energy simulation & modeling.

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Sustainability Consultancy including;

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 2 Pearl).
  • Value, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy.
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling.
